Can't do it. Ignoring of mods is typically turned off, for obvious reasons. Put her on manual ignore and then watch her go ape shit when she can't get a rise out of you. When she starts breaking the board rules in her attempts to get you going, report her

I mod on a board that uses this same software and if that board is set up the same then reports get emailed out to all of the mods, and admins, and a thread gets created in the mods area. Don't you think that it would piss her off and embarrass her? You've gotta think Machiavellian here. The more she gets wound up over it, the worse she gets. The worse she gets, the more reports. She'll do it to herself.
