Luger .22 target pistol. Small but extremely accurate little gun.
Sig Sauer 380 compact for my carry (once I get a liscence anyway) Remington 300mag bolt action for my hunting utility. I'm too lazy to post pics now.

OK... to those that have fired/owned both
Advantages and disadvantages, ups and downs of these guns Looking at either a Glock, or a Springfield XD. Either in a 40. Which is better? |

Which one feels more comfortable in your hand??? Thats the one you should get. Because when it comes right down to it, you are going to want to be able to use it accurately and quickly when the time comes to use it. Go to a range the rents them and fire them both. Then decide. They are both just as deadly as one another so it is all about how it feels in your hand. And once you get the one you want practice, practice, practice. You need to be very proficient in getting the safety off, clearing a jam if you have one... Remember, it only takes someone a second or 2 to travel the distance of any room in your house and if you hesitate, it could be game over.

Yep. You're the only one that I know of that actually owns a Mateba. The Russians do come up with something interesting. But I think that I'll stick with my Ruger and SW wheelguns.

.22 Ruger Mark II Pistol w/ red dot sight
.32 Taurus 246 Revolver .22 Ruger 10/22 Carbine rifle w/ purple (yes purple!) thumbhole stock .22 Ruger Ninety-Six lever rifle and I don't remember what the black powder long gun I have is. I just know one of these days i need to pull it out of the safe and have it refinished. I use the Mark II for the pistol league I'm in and the 10/22 for the rifle league. I haven't fired the Taurus or the Ninety-Six yet. The black powder is more of an heirloom but it was fired by grandpa before he passed. Actually, all but one of these guns came from my grandpa. The Taurus was my grandma's . Hoowever, he didn't have the red dot sight on the pistol or the purple stock on the rifle. |

There's a gun shop here that has an indoor range and lets you rent any gun in the place for $10 (I imagine ammo is not included). I'll be going there in 1 1/2 weeks. |
