Wish I had the the time and determination some of those people have to train their dogs like that. I consider it a win when mine sits when I tell her and doesn't act like an absolute heathen when we're out walking.

You know, I also couldn't help but notice, they left out the dog that shoots bees out of its mouth when it barks.

Well I have finally made the decision to rescue a dog. I found a Boston Terrier rescue in AL that has 2 dogs I'm trying to decide between. I wish I could take both because they are brother and sister and pretty bonded but I just dont have the room for two. This is the dog I think I'm goink to get. His name is Klack (sister is Klick, second pic) and I most likely will change his name to Mack (like the Mack truck mascot). His eyes are crazy. lol
Klick is SUPER cute too. I guess I will have to meet them to make my final decision.

Bostons are small, take two. now having two similar dogs I would say it's almost easier to have two of them. I have to say I think the sister is cuter. crazy eyes there would give me nightmares. picture waking up in the middle of the night with him staring at you.
i seen a brown boston this weekend. never seen one before. very pretty coloring. overall cute dogs though congrats |

i live in a town house without a fenced yard. All excercize will be on a leash so one dog will be best. Plus I already have 2 cats so I dont want to go overboard. I may get a second dog later on when I have a yard.
And I like the eyes. The sister is cuter but I like the males "uniqueness" And just so you know. Brown bostons are not a recognized color so if you ever think about getting one, don't pay extra for the "rare color" cause they are a sign of bad breeding and are not AKC recognized

the one I seen had the same eyes as the male. they were unique.
no thoughts of getting another one here. I have 3 dogs now. boxer/bulldog/and toy poodle. it's a motley crew but for the most part it works. lots of barn cats across the road. only time it's a problem is when they all want to go for a ride. walking three dogs at once is not fun. excercise is easy for me. we are lucky that way. I do still take them for walks but separately or two at a time. |
