At 6' 235lbs 49" Chest 37" waist, I look like a monkey humping a foot ball on most sport bikes. I looked down right hilarious on the Firebolt. It looked like a red wheeled suppository. The problem is that nearly ALL sportbikes are built with the same rider model in mind. It makes it really difficult to find a "true" sportbike that fits. I actually rode a bike over the weekend that was TOO big. Anyone ridden the KTM 950 Super Enduro R? Holy Crap! It was like riding a bus. |

I suppose it is lucky most bikes come stock with springs for my weight...It is also lucky I am not a big lug cause I know at least 3 guys who wouldnt still be breathing and I most likley would be in one of the capitol punishment threads...
And I do hope to own a Firebolt XB12R before the end of th eyear...

I want one before they are no more. My bike is paid off in January. I have no way possible to afford a BMWK1300S...Ok call it an impulse buy.

You can pick up a new one in the mid 8 range. Try both the 9R as well as the 12R. If you are coming from a 600, the power band on the 9 will be much more familiar. The 12 has some REALLY nice grunt though. If they were more comfortable, I would have bought one. |

yeah they're nice bikes... I strongly considered one but then realized I looped a 600 no need to burry myself under a 1200cc VTwin
