Their target has typically been Russia rather than the West.

Comments have been made that they are part of the ethnic group called Uzbeks. I remember the former Soviet Union having issues with them.

I believe you. Race doesn't care about man made geographical boundaries.

One of the biggest fears for the people who's job it is to prevent these things are Chechen terrorists. I think the next big one (9/11 scope incident) will be committed by white skinned blond/red haired Chechen terrorists.

Since I would be very surprised if he has anything sensible to say I would gladly trade his talking along with the cost of the inevitable circus of a trial and his imprisonment for his quick death.
