I really am not getting what you are saying.
He's saying there's some kind of inner-circle milk conspiracy in New York.

If I do decide to drink the stuff, I refuse to even consider touching it again if its been open overnight.

One drink and I put it in the fridge, the next morn its garbage.

Its an expensive quirk. but, I don't drink much anyway.
Crazy!

My dad drinks milk at every meal 2% no less. When I was a kid I had 3 or 4 bowls of cereal each morning and had milk with dinner. So it was not strange to kill a gallon a day or more. Normally had 3 or 4 gallons in the fridge as a kid so we did not have to goto the store as much.

I love the stuff but my wife has cut me back to skim, its not nearly as good but I'm getting fat so I drink that instead.

Milk on chocolate ice cream is good. Not good for you but good.

For the record humans are the only adult animals that can digest milk it makes other animals sick. Lactose tolorance is one of our last adaptations to date ofcourse.
