I rode in one of the IS 350's when the roomie was shopping for a 'nice' car.
I liked the comfort and the refinement of the interior, but I think the Caddy is a little more my style.

well one does thirteens and the other signifigantly more. also, 3/4 of my cars are small 2 seaters and the one that isint glorifys in its "boat" status

Nobody in the world would cross-shop between an STS and an IS. You should have said CTS and IS.

If anything, the STS would compete with the LS, not the IS.

The CTS is the same width...length of one finger is nothing.

OK CTS vs IS...I'd take the CTS.

toyota really needs to do a back to basics sports coupe in the image of the 2000gt (one of the most beautiful cars ever to come from that region IMO) im of course talkin' inline six, independant throttles with minimal silencing and a six speed

yeah... shit I'd be happy if they'd just "over build" their trucks like they did with my 87...

they built them to last forever... now they've cut it back a bit... they're still better built than most others IMO... but not with the same effort or vision they used to...
