If you read back, I'm looking to put a pickerel in my 120 gal. Grass redfin or chain doesn't matter to me. I really doubt I can catch a few in under five mins like when I got my bluegill thus the interest in being legal

in FL you need a fishing license to remove anything (from non protected areas), weather you are going to eat it or keep it in a tank.

what the hell, these jackasses got the story all wrong....
about the only thing they got right was : fish, kayak, florida, woman. http://www.miamiherald.com/2010/10/19/1879951/a-terrifying-fish-tale-a-jump.html now it's a houndfish... can't say i have ever seen or heard of this type of fish in local waters...

Probably the easier method to get a redfin. Gonna try and look over the support streams on the local lake tonight and see if there's any good spots for that
