Interesting, but it says exactly what I surmised; these people paid a price for their line of work, but I'd say probably they knew the risks (or should have).

back then they may not have known as much plus there were the rumors of vince mcmahon supplying the stuff for them. With wrestlings popularity now the big name guys have a prety greuling schedule with all the matches and traveling. I wouldnt be surprised if many of them are on pain killers and seeing the physiques of some of them, yo uknow theyre using some sort of suppliments

Exactly.

Not to mention, if not for the subsequent car accident, he may have lived another 10+ years, as it is what really killed him. Though its also possible the heart attack could have been fatal as well, but obviously we'll never know.

Did they announce an exact cause of death in his case? could be one of those thing that could not be determined if it was the heart attack or the accident.

Pretty much, from what I understand, nobody knows for sure, as the way i've read it the injuries sustained from hitting the tree head on were enough to kill him.
