Ok, dude exactly WTF are you talking about? How would taking insulin and eating a shitload of food contribute to being lean???? Pure nonsense.

Again, depending on the choice of granola bar, I fail to see anything wrong with this. A little low on protein for me, I'd add some egg whites in, but aside from that.. what's the problem?

The reason I mention pros is because they do things because they work. Those diet techniques can still carry over to people who are natural. BTW a healthy adult male makes 70-120mg of test a week, not 400.
I'm just saying to take what pros tell you with a grain of salt. If anyone who is here not enhanced ate what they ate, they would be pretty plump and not in the good way.

Also I was speaking of nominalized blood total test levels.

I agree with that. A lot of what you read by "pros" is ghost written by someone and it does take a decent amount of prior knowledge and common sense to determine what can be used and what can't.

Also as you know lifting and eating have theories from one end of the spectrum to the other. I do things that I read that make logical sense.

Slin doesn't really factor into the eating 8k cals a day, not much at least. It just forces nutrients into cells, so there are select times when you can use it. Steroids definitely play a larger role in the abundance of calories.

Low on protein, but why not oats? Granola bars have to loaded with crap to make them taste somewhat decent.

Don't get me wrong: I eat steel cut oats or sometimes cereal in the morning for carbs. But there are some decent granola bars. I do try to use real food over whey whenever possible. I still drink 3-4 protein shakes on workout days though
