No I never think of stealing gear from anyone...just don't.
I rarely leave gear on a bike unattended...just don't trust people much. |

I never really leave my stuff on my bike for extended periods of time unless I am close by. I would kill someone for putting gum in my helmet.

It's never even crossed my mind. If I wanted someone's gear I'd wave some cash at them. As for my gear, if the situation warrants it I'll leave it on the bike, which really doesn't matter because I don't have locking saddlebags. I'm not afraid of anything gwetting stolen but I take the key with me just to make sure I didn't leave it on and drain my battery. If somoen wants to steal the whole bike a couple three guys could do it. But let me catch you stealing my bike or something on it. Seriously, let me catch you. I promise you'll never do it again.

Not that I ever really considered it before, but after someone stole my gear out of my house, I know how much it sucks.

I had a helmet stolen while it was on my helmet lock. The thief cut the d ring off and left it there.
I don't leave shit on my bike at all.
