Handle every stressful situation like a DOG: If you can't eat it or hump it, pi$$ on it & walk away.

Ill tell you tomorrow, I finished mowed down a bunch of bananas and oranges, then had to walk home ~1:3 miles!!! I was hoping the walk back would help with the cramping. Already had a massage now its time to relax

I can't believe you only got up 2 hours before a race. I get up like 3-4 hours before. The first 2 are to relax, the 3rd it to get there, the 4th is to get my bib and warm up/stretch.

Awesome! Did you have a goal time in mind that you were shooting for (besides the goal to finish)? You going to do another one?

As much as I hate them, I take an ice bath when I get home. They seem to help me recover quicker. I'm sure your walk probably helped too.
