WSBK is the series to watch, for sure. I just read an article about the Golden Era of MotoGP, late 80s, early 90s. When it was truly an edge-of-your-seat watching experience, very much unlike today.

Yup. He was riding the Marlboro sponsored YZR 500 2 stroker that way in GPs aways back. Had plenty of low sides chasing Rossi. He never learned any other style but did get better at setting up his bikes for his style. If he had more of a repetoire he would have been a champion in something other than the 250s...
