If they want to pay an athelte they sit down and decide what they think they are worth and then see if they can afford it. So if they decide they want to spend that much then they believe they can get a return on that money. And thats why it matters what a person does. It can affect their company. I know I would jump at most $50 million job offers. And for that amount of money I think I could at least try to stay out of trouble. At least till I was finish earning that money. James
