I had an acute ischemic stroke of the right pons last Friday... it killed my motor skills of my left side, hence Nascar, only turning left lol

I'm getting better... just a long way to go to be back to normal

ok... so already registered for the Warrior run in Sep... and the Tough Mudder in Dec... but thinking of registering for this Sprint Triathlon on the 1st. 1/3 mile swim 16 mile bike 5k run... just gotta secure a bike...
