I thought it was already decided that it was the gunman who went out the exit door. Or did the witnesses even verify that he had red hair, etc?

now the conspiracy theories begin

"Most important to note about James Holmes, however, this report says, is that his father, Robert Holmes, was said to have been scheduled to testify within the next few weeks before a US Senate panel on the largest bank fraud scandal in world history that is currently unfolding and threatens to destabilize and destroy the Western banking system. Robert Holmes, whose “blueblood” family links go back to the Mayflower, is known throughout the global banking community as being the creator of one of the most sophisticated computer algorithms ever developed and is credited with developing predictive models for financial services; credit and fraud risk models, first and third party application fraud models and internet/online banking fraud models.

Educated at the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University, Robert Holmes is currently the senior lead scientist with the American credit score company FICO, which was formally known as Fair, Isaac and Company, and which every American citizen is beholden to should they need to borrow money."

Conspiracy theories have been going ever since this started, most of which are that this was put in place specifically so the government can enact more gun control. There are side-by-side pics of James Holmes that were first shown in the media and of him in court stating the pics aren't of the same person, therefore, he must be a plant by the government.

Conspiracy theory or not, I've been saying for awhile that they don't need to take away guns, they just need to take away ammo. Now it seems that laws are being discussed to make it more difficult to order ammo online or via mail and to restrict the amount of ammo that can be purchased over a certain period of time. The constitution doesn't give us the right to ammunition, it only gives us the right to arms. What good are guns without ammo? Pretty big loophole and it looks like it's going to be used, or at least attempted.

So what you're saying is that "Joker" Holmes is going to walk out of the prison when his secret Trojan Horse programme brings down the international banking system computers, causing a global crash of the internet that knocks the prison's security system offline?

Cool. I bet that they'll be throwing a lot of toilet paper rolls around too.
