When I do macros...I do NOT count proteins that do not come from protein sources..i.e. vegetables or nuts. The reason is the proteins are usually not complete and are very difficult to use anyway. So you are only eating 136grams of protein.

I've heard that about the "green" proteins you find in broccoli, lettuce, etc, but I thought the proteins in nuts and beans were still useful. I've met some pretty buff vegetarians.
