I eat the boneless ones...if it ain't boneless, I order something else. Most restaurants will let you order fried chicken fingers with the wing sauce if you ask, I do it all the time.

I fucking love hotwings. My buddies and I use to eat them probably 3 times a week for months. We knew a girl who worked at a Buffalos. She'd bring us a free buffalos salad(Best salad ever) free sweet tea and she'd put down there were two orders (On 39cent night) of 10 wings for 5 or so people. Then all you can eat wing night we'd get 40+ wings to go before we left.

She quit but I found out yesterday she's working there again!!!

There was also a bar in Statesboro, GA where they had a $1 pitchers and all you can eat hotwings with a $10 bracelet. About 3am there would be 10 college guys rushing for the bathroom ready to blow it up.
