Oh my job is grown up. They just treat us like adults and don't get too pissed if we have a beer at the base bar.

Gotcha. We don't have a bar here in cubicle world and they don't treat us like adults either.

They just took away our trash cans.

We have garbage cans, we have people to empty the garbage cans(scaled back to 3x/week) but he have no admins.... we fired them all. It makes no sense. I'd rather have an admin that a garbage man.
