Excedrin migraine is the best. If that doesn't work, ask your doctor for some Midrine. Take 2 of those and it's night night time.

Hmm I take 3 of those at a time and it never makes me sick, of course I have no lining left in my stomach because of it.

Lights and sound never bother me, but any movement like turning my head or just walking feels like an ice pick in my temple.
