Default Help - Acne

I think it's because I hadn't worked out in a long time and now I'm back into it, but over the last 2 months my face, particularly my forehead has broken out really bad with like red bumps. I've never had acne before, even as a teenager so I don't really know what to do and it's bumming me out. I just started washing my face first thing in the morning, immediately after workout with antibacterial soap, in the shower with a luffa and right before bed. It seems like it's helped some but not enough. I never touch my face, etc. Anyone got any ideas?

Are you drinking enough water?
Change your pillow cases often.

Cut down on the steroids

Sounds like youre doing the right stuff. If it continues see your doc or a dermatologist.

Haha, I was waiting for the steroids comment. I was thinking of doing a cycle down the road, but I wouldn't want to exacerbate the problem. I'm making really good progress just eating all the time and training hard right now. 194lbs right now.

Change in test. levels, since you just started working out again. Best thing that worked for me is sulfer cream, not that benzoyl peroxide shit which just makes it redder. Look for Clearasil Adult Care.
