I have never actually heard their dry clutch in person, but I found a high quality sound clip of it online just today. I think they sound cool.

One of the coolest things I've heard is standing at the exit of Ducati World at Turn 1 for the Indy Gp and hearing all those bikes leave one by one after the race was over.
