Has anyone put a Power Commander on their 2007/2008 600rr?
I need a tad more power on the Honda, so I'm thinking about getting a PC3R and doing a custom remap. However, I don't want to change out the exhaust.
Anyone done this to their 07 or higher Honda 600rr? If so how did it turn out? The engine is smooth and I don't want to fuck it up. thx 101

if you arent changing the exhaust. id say that the amount of power gained would be so small that it would be a total waste of money.

yeah that's what I figured..but I don't wanna pony up the coin for the exhaust. Maybe I'll go -1+2 on the gearing.

i would just wait it out until you can. full system and a PCIII and it'll be like a whole new bike. M4's fulls are usually very reasonable and sound amazing

We mod our bikes..they don't like it. We race up and down a 3mile stretch...they don't like it. We run from them..they don't like it. Fuggers are never happy.

Yeah I wouldn't worry about remap unless you get a full exhaust. You may get rid of some flat spots, but that will be about it. -1 and +2 would be a better use of your money.
