This guy or girl just cost me $3K
Been two months since we have been to our San Juan island home. First day wife cooking dinner, see's this guy or gal, in back yard, takes picture. I inspect outside find where latice is ripped off.
Make long story short familly of otters have been living under home  Washington state law only owner of home can kill otters. Did not want to kill otters, so contractor went under home. Sprayed chemical that makes them not come back, also put up double wire fence protecting getting under home.
