You go in to have surgery for a procedure you obviously dont need and something happens, too fucking bad. For someone to willingly take the risks of going under anesthesia and having their body opened up for no real reason they should deal with any of the complications/consequences.

I also wouldnt be going in for a cosmetic procedure I dont need. So I wont be crossing that bridge anyway.

I can see something for a cancer patient or for skin grafts after a burn or trauma but a boob job becasue of self esteem issues, sorry if I dont feel badfor them.

I have always thought that there should be some kind of "warranty" on medical/dental work...The doctor should have to redo the surgery for free but $5,000,000 um nah...

If you paid somebody to do something and they didn't do it right, regardless of risk involved, you'd be pissed. As would I.

Now, imagine somebody cutting you open and not doing it right. There's no way anybody would just shrug that off.
