So wat did u do today? (a pictorial cuz I'm bored)

Well, I started my day with an English Muffin and PB...

Then I went to work for 9 hours. When I came home, I mowed the lawn. Well, I started to mow the lawn, then I ran out of gas, then I had to go to the gas station to get more. So, yeah, it took me like 2 hours to mow.

This is my mower, it is better than walking and is fun to put in Neutral and roll down my driveway and then turn sharply.

I then realized that I need to clean my garage, my workspace is getting cluttered. So I moved everything to one side of the garage until I can get a shed out back for the bikes and mower.

Anyone want a stove and fridge? I need to get rid of them...

Before mowing the lawn, I put a steak in an asian inspired brine to marinate. This is the steak out of the brine:

I'm heating some Sesame Oil in the skillet to sear the outside of the steak. This will help keep the juices in when I throw it in the oven.

Seared steak, ready to go in the oven:

And 7 minutes later, a super juicy steak:

All done:

Clean up:

Kosher Salt
Water
Sesame Oil
Sriracha Hot Sauce

Let sit for a couple hours so the meat can soak it up.
