if it is 10 out of 1100 then the TSA workers are actually doing better than the general population. If that number ids closer to 100 then they might have a case. Basis cell affects about 1 in 10 over the course of their lifetime, usually towards the end of it. Figure the average person lives to be 70, you should statistically expect 7 people to get hit each decade.

Basic cell is the cancer Ive had a number of times, its not bad and can be cut off, but is a hastle to deal with
