I own one, you are doing it wrong. I have crashed a lot and my hurt to not hurt crash rate is about 1 in 100 times or so.

Falling is ok. Getting hurt isn't.

Yeah, god knows how many times I have wrecked mine, only been really hurt once and that's cause someone made a booby trap to get me hurt.

Well I didn't crack my skull open or anything, but I'm sportin some pretty bruises and a lovely peg scrape. Still, won't keep me from doin it again next time. SO much friggin fun.... I love that lil thing - this was really the first time I'd ridden it other than up and down our street, so I had a ball on the thing...
I think what made it more difficult is I was on a 90, and there were bigger bikes out there, so the ruts in the soft dirt got deeper and deeper, and then as low as the thing is, it also caught roots on the trail. |

I broke my knee in half on a pit bike. LOL. It was NOT fun. Other than the one catastrophe I love them

Shit, our pitbikes only touch the hardpack dirt on the supermoto track (on occasion). They don't like actual dirtbike tracks.
Asphalt and knee pucks, FTW! |

Well it wasn't a REAL dirtbike track... it's someone's property that they've built some jumps and trails into... with some suspension upgrades, the lil TTR will do just fine though (but some higher boots and a chest protector WILL be in order... I have a very badly bruised bewbie! )
