There are 3 yes 3 gas refineries shut down w/o power just south of houston

BP

DOW
Valero

BP had a small fire after they shut down, and they have 9 huge flares burning off excess product, makes texas city (where the plants are at) look like it's on fire

13 people went to a hospital from inhaling something
Schools are closed
City is being told to shelter in place (don't go anywhere)

They dont but now they think it doesnt make them look as bad. I love how the market reports go back and forth. Oh theres a report demand is up so prices rocket forward, then tomorrows repors says inventories are at an all time high so now were ok.
