Small breasted women need not apply...

Vietnam bans small-chested women bikers By Visordown News And we thought Richard Brunstrom was bad... IN A BIZARRE move by the ruling Communist Party in Vietnam, all small-chested women are now banned from riding motorbikes. Anyone with a chest under 71cm will be outlawed in a bid to make the country's notoriously hazardous roads safer. The idea is to prevent people who are too thin, too short or too sickly from riding a motorbike, reports The Daily Telegraph. Suffer from an enlarged liver and sinusitis? Tough luck, because you're coming under the kosh, too. "The new proposals are very funny but many Vietnamese people could become the victim of this joke," Hanoi stockbroker Le Quang Minh said. "Many Vietnamese women have small chests. I have many friends who won't meet these criteria." The average Vietnamese man is 162cm tall and weighs about 57kg. The average Vietnamese woman is 155cm and weighs about 45kg. Motorbikes make up about 90 per cent of traffic in the country.

You don't ride in Viet Nam How many do you suppose will be stuffin the ole bra in order to get a few miles in?? Wonder what traffic stops will be like now? "Excuse me ma'am, do you know why I pulled you over?" "Can I see your license and registration and boobies?"

I want to be a trooper in vietnam. "Mam, let me feel those to make sure they are real and big enough to ride that bike."

I wonder how many women may actually start dressing more masculine to get by the rules...considering the nature of their society, i cant see the officers actually trying to "check"... |

Bwahaha, that's some of the stupidest shit I've read in a long time. Hell, they might as well say men can't ride bikes due to their flat chests too. I can't imagine this law having any teeth. Besides, women will just start stuffing bras to get by the law anyway.
