Default Better mileage tires?

Last 3 sets of tires, were 2 sets of Pirelli Corsa III's and before those regular Pirelli Diablos, they dont last worth shit on this bike...i currently have about 1,000 miles on this set and the rear is about toast! I understand that nothing will last a LONG time on the rear of my bike, but what is a good longer lasting tire, that still sticks pretty good?

Road 2CT Have not tried them yet but riders that have love them
Roadsmart I got 2000 out of one of these and it stuck well!!

P.S. You need to run 36 -38 PSI cold

I hear the Pilot Road 2's are getting good millage(10K) while still being pretty sticky. It's a dual compound tire.

I've heard the same thing about the Pilot's.

I'm running the BT016's right now and hope to get a lot out of them.

I'm running them on my GSXR 1100, which usually eats tires. So far I've got something like 10K Km on them, including many twisty runs and two track weekends. They stick as well or better than my Pilot Powers did and still have a ton of life in them. I would highly recommend them.

It seems that that"s about average for any set of street tires. I don't need tires that are softer than that for street use.

Pilot Powers seem pretty decent.

lol. I've gotten almost 7 thousand out of my rossos and they are good for another thousand probably. Its all about how hard you get on the throttle out of the corners. If you don't try to be rossi on public roads, they will last a lot longer. Me, I'll either be going with Road 2s or 021s.
