How can I get video from my phone to my computer?

Ok, so I know how to get it from the phone to the computer, but how can I actually play it? It's a 3G2 file. I found a player, but it doesn't play the sound and there is no way to rotate the video, as it was taken sideways. I need a good player and something that will rotate or allow me to modify the videos. Any ideas for me?

Just look for a file converter. I concert mine to avi.
