Before I saw the pics with the Chinese script, my first guess was a Ural, but that's also a rip off of BMW..

On the first response... nicely done! You couldn't help but notice that bike for 2 reasons: its retro style and it's the cleanest thing on the road in Beijing.

I was thinking Ural all the way until the script on the plate as well
