Just got back from Belgium and Germany. Drank some damn tasty beer. Loved the Belgium Trappist beer.

My stash.

Just finished bottling a rather tame IPA and made a Blood Orange Hefeweisen. What else is anyone into?

BTW the German chicks were either built like Mack trucks or look like one ran them over. No wonder they invaded France.

LOTS. Plus it was Christmas market time. They had this shit called Gluhwein-which is warm spiced red wine. Think warm Thunderbird with cloves. I loved that stuff.

I LOVE that stuff!! I used to get it in Michigan in the fall but the vineyard is local to MI and they can't ship out of state. I hate that I can't find a good recipe for it or anything that tastes as good as it in Arizona. I found something close, but, not quite right.
