R.I.P. Jason Campbell

Had some friends at Tally this weekend. Just got a call. A rider named Jason Campbell went down yesterday and didn't survive. Damn, heartbreaking. His mom was there. they say he got to talk to her before he was airlifted off the track.

What exactly happened? I know STT had a fatality there last year, I think it was Early March, because the rider wasn't wearing a chest protector.

got this off the gixxer board, doesnt say what type of internal injuries got him or if a chest protector would have helped.
