Default A Nice Seafood Dinner

Get the movie reference?

Anyways, I'll update this when I decide what I want to do with it. My plan is to make it mostly pictures and not a ton of talking. Everything will be about riding, maintenance, specific rides, and track days. It will be like a photo album with short captions. I figure that will be better... no one is going to read long diatribes anyways.

Need to fix my damn camera first, though... for now it will all be camera phone shit.

Can't wait to get out there now that the weather is trending up.

Works pretty well with my $50 suit:

Got a sweet new digicam (Sony DSC-W300) which I will test out on the bike this coming weekend:

Made huge garage progress this weekend. It's mostly done (details in Garage Build) and I'm incredibly fucking happy with it. I'm on some garage forums and a lot of people there have amazing garages that are nicer than mine and 10 times as big.... but they paid someone to do it all, and they just use it as a museum for their vehicles that they don't work on. This space is going to get USED heavily, and I built the entire thing myself. It's a pretty awesome feeling. On to the pics:

Also, ordered an onboard camera setup that will be here this weekend in time for all my TDs and Gap days:

Had some track fun recently, but then had to cancel my trip to the gap, SC, and Jennings GP

A couple laps of NHMS at pretty much my full pace. I'm slow :

I also threw it on google video because sometimes the quality comes out better there:

2008-06-03 ceo012384 NHMS TTD Laps

A couple people taking photos got a few of me:

Coming out of the bowl. Didn't have my torso down quite as much on this lap:

Dropping into 1, had been spending this morning working on learning to trailbrake a bit:

Tipping into 7 approaching a slower group:

Good form in this one, taken during the transition from 1 to 1a, before full lean:

Those Corsa IIIs fuckin' STICK!!!!!:

Prof photog posted up some photos...

Turn 6 the bowl:

Coming out of the bowl up the hill between 6 and 7, hard on the gas:

Turn 2 remote-cam. These pics always come out cool, wish I'd known he was there so I could have tweaked my form a bit... this was a first lap, trying to heat up the tires:

Coming out of 3-4 up to the hill at 5, full WOT (look at the forks):

Tipping into turn 1:

Coming out of turn 1, initiating the flip to throw the bike to the other side into 1a:
