Lifting Routine for Today....
It was grueling....Weight x Sets x Reps or Weight X Reps if only 1 set....
Squat: 190x5, 225x2x4, 265x2x3, 300x5x3 Flat Bench: 155x5, 185X4, 215x2x3, 245x5x3 Flyes: 50x5x10 Weights Pushups: (Body Weight plus 55)x5x10 Squat: 190x5, 225x5, 265x5x5 Good Morning: 225x5x5 Took almost 2 hours.....just thought I'd share..:

Yeah, chest and tri's.... Legs should be on shoulder day and bi's are on back day.
My routine yesterday: Flat bench 135x1x15 185x1x15 225x1x15 Decline bench 185x3x15 Incline bench 185x3x15 Cable flys 40(each side)x3x15 Tricep pull downs 180x3x15 Skull splitters 112x3x15 Single arm tricep extensions 35x3x15 done in under an hour. |
