They're awesome, and strangely enough the grilled one is essentially a perfect meal for me.

Grilled Double Down 460 Calories 23g Fat 9g Saturated Fat 0 Trans fat 1430 Sodium 3 Carbs 1 Sugars 61 Protein Considering I need about 40-60g a protein per meal, depending upon that meals timing I've gotta skip the carbs(trace carbs aside), the fat while high and mostly saturated, makes up the calories I need without the presence of carbs. Yep, I'd say it's almost ideal. The sodium is high, but then again most everything is. If I was preparing for a contest I'll just have boiled eggs or cold chicken/turkey, since I'm short the privilege of a microwave while at work. The food I make and have at home is FAR superior in my dietary and nutritional needs, however the bottom line is when I need a quick meal on the road, there's not alot around I can get that suits my diet. |

Its actually not that bad as far as fast food goes. Its right on par with a Big Mac. In fact a Big Mac with fries has more fat and calories than an entire double down.
