Default Bike crashes

Mods - please move as you see fit.

I finally found the pictures I've been looking for a while, although I've not looked very hard for them.

The pieces of bike on the tarp are of a friend's 2001 (?) R1 Champions Edition that hit a car head on and well, you see what happened. My friend walked away with a sore ankle, he basically fell off the bike before it impact, lucky for him.

The Suzuki GSXR 750, was at the track. It was an endurance bike Erik was riding with 2 other guys. They were on the last guy (not Erik), last hour and Mike went down in the kink at Nelson Ledges (very high speed area). He also walked away with a sore ankle and otherwise unscathed.

The guy in red is Mike, who crashed.

Sweet jesus on the first one. That guy is so lucky, I've never seen one that torn up. The track wreck I've seen similar. I've got an acquaintance who makes a habit of crashing his 600 racing bike every time he takes it out, race or just track days. Someone he always manages to walk away unscathed as well, but you'd swear looking at the bike there'd be no way.

I didnt realize Kerry was with the guy who passed. Is Kerry ok? Anyone talked to him?

I saw one guy crash at loudon whos bike looked like that, sadly so did he. He rode over th eedge all the time so he crashed quite a bit.

I think Kerry had a post on FB about it.

Handle every stressful situation like a DOG: If you can't eat it or hump it, pi$$ on it & walk away.

No, these were from a while back. The dates on the pictures are correct except the R1 should be July 18, 2003.

Can you get to photobucket? Here is the link to the folder, if that helps - http://s80.photobucket.com/albums/j1...Bikes/Crashes/
Hopefully it works.
