I feel victimized after having watched that.

I've seen that look that's in her eyes a hundred times before. That's PTSD man, just as sure as if she just walked out of a 53 day firefight back in the 'Nam...

So... I was watching that video and..umm.. I've been shoved harder than that (and seen women shoved and shove back harder than that) in dozens of clubs trying to get to the bar to order a drink. Assault? Really?

To me, it looked like a kid taking the microphone from the reporter and stepping in front of the camera with the reporter forced to the side in the process. I've seen similar things on crowded trains where people get a nudge as you walk through.
Not sure why they are calling a Kanye move an assault. Is there that much resentment left over from a black man interrupting a blonde white woman's speech that are locking up brothas now? What I want to know is why didn't she shoot him? I thought it was the law down there? |

Assault? No, at best it's disorderly conduct. Looks more to me like she backed away in shock, than that she was pushed. Actually since she went back to the same place, and the guy had been released, I was expecting a Homey the Clown moment with her getting a pipe to the back of the head followed by, "Now THAT'S assault bitch!"
