I only saw him/her after he/she got to the other side of the road, after almost getting taken out by the car in front of me. This is the area where in a previous video, that I posted, someone was driving the wrong way on a one way in order to get to a parking lot.

Some time, in the last 20 years of so, people decided that not being able to see a signal light means that it doesn't apply to you. They follow directly behind buses and transports, and go right through red lights.
