Default Pics of the plane I am working on.

These are pics of the first flight for the P-8A. The plane took of from the Boeing factory in Renton, WA, flew for 3 1/2 hours and landed at Boeing Field in Seattle. The airports are about 5 miles apart as the crow flies.

Sweet. I love airplane stuff.

Since I'm sure someone else will ask, and I did too.

"The P-8A Poseidon is a long-range anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft. It possesses an advanced mission system that ensures maximum interoperability in the future battle space. Capable of broad-area maritime, and littoral operations, the P-8A will influence how the U.S. Navy's maritime patrol and reconnaissance forces train, operate and deploy."

More info here.

That is aircraft T-1. I had some pics of T-2 out of the paint shop emailed to me but I deleted them. I'll try to dig them up again.

Ooooh, fun!

I don't think I will ever stop being amazed by planes. They are just the coolest things on the planet. Really.

Interesting wingtip design. Looks like it was taken from the 787.

Aren't those planes supposed to have a big fucking radar thing on top?

(Sorry for all the complex terminology, I got carried away.)

Fly commercial!!!

Nose art would be pretty damn cool. But when you are bombing a muslim terrorist you have to think of their feelings and can't have them dying with the last image of a naked woman. It's just offensive.
