It would be nice with a 1.8L Fuel injected 5 speed that got 35mpg. lol

Too bad 99% of all American cars from the 70's were horribly ugly, including that one.

One of the only exceptions was the Opel Manta. Fortunately, Americans had nothing to do with its styling.....They just sold it.

Allow me to give you a little education in musclecars...a little James Burke "Connections" for ya, only Detroit-style, if you will.

The little Vega Kamback above you disparaged


...actually looks a lot like the 70 Camaro

This car was once made into a show car, called the Khamback.



There was also a Firebird model.


You may also remember that the show car Corvette model called the "Nomad"


...which later begat the Nomad model of the same name, with similar styling in the fullsize line later.



Ahhh...will the wagon backs never end?
