Nah, I just don't like to be teased with a little ice storm and a small amount of snow that disappears about two days after it gets here. I miss the days when we would get 2'-4' and it stay for months. I would get out and take off in the 4WD just to see how far I could go before I had to winch myself out.

What a dick. I've only left the house once today, and that was to run to the doctor. My throat hurts too bad to even drink water, and feels too swolen to take pills. I had to crush them up in applesauce like I was a little kid again. I've also been downing a tablespoon of tylenol with codine every 3 hours.

You guys down south are feeling MY pain...I just moved to NY from Nashville, TN a year ago and went through my first full winter in the north...two feet in one weekend is probably more than I've seen in 10 years back home. It's supposed to be beautiful today with highs near 60 (finally). Gotta go clean up the old house for the landlords and get my deposit back today, so won't get to enjoy it too much.

Yup - could be a little nicer here in the city. The countdown is on for us to move out of the city so I need some nice weather to get crackin' on my NYC bucket list!
