Back to Work
Came back to work today.
All my clients were begging me to never leave again Apparently my co-workers suck. I am just getting caught back up today....I am glad to be back to somewhat normal |

It's a great thing knowing you're needed.
Get healed up soon.

Heather, that's really awesome. I mean, absolutely incredible that you are back to *normal* life and independence.
Evan tried to one-up you - and is hobbling around more than you did

Everyone at work keeps saying that they can't believe I go up the stairs at home and drive my car, yada yada. Thing is....I don't have a choice! It's that or wallow in self pity while my savings account is drained. I don't have time for that shit! |

if only more people had that attitude about things....
I'm with ya, it gets awfully boring at home all day hurt, glad you're back to the grind. Don't over-do it though. You're body is still healing and you will be more tired. |

GOOD NEWS! Just found out that my company pays me at 100% during Short Term Disability(instead of the standard 60%) per week per year of service. That means that since I was on STD() for two weeks and I have worked here for two years that I get a full paycheck! And I am just using my sick leave for the other week I was out. :nana2: No loss in pay!!! |
