That was my point. We should not be making concessions for extremely obese people. No special hospital beds, wheelchairs, or ambulances should be available at any cost. I'm just so entirely confused how they GET that large. I mean, if you can't get out of bed or off the couch SOMEONE is bringing you ho-hos. And, it takes so much more than just a twinkie to do it - the caloric intake to just maintain 1000 pounds is incredible.
