I didn't mean warm as in heated.

When my meal is warm and I don't eat it in time and it sits there and gets "room temperature" I say it's cold....BUT I'm sure some expert here will be quick to tell me "well it's not cold" as in it's not refridgerated !!

Sounds to me like the school board was looking for an excuse to get rid of her, otherwise the other teachers would have been reprimanded or fired as well.
