It is obvious Hayes wants to jump to Europe, if he puts his head down he could dominate the US series the next couple years and make the jump...

Ducati 1198 R Corse $39,995.00 (NOT RACE PREPPED)
180 HP 361 pounds dry

Buell 1190RR $44,900.00 (READY TO RACE)
185 HP 360 pounds wet (no fuel)
http://www.ducati.com/bikes/superbik...e/tech_spec.do

Look at the bike specs, these two are pretty equal. I would love to see them both on the same track! It is sad that people can't get excited that someone in the US is actually becoming succesful at making a true American Sportbike.

I cant wait to see what happens when the noncompete agreement is up.

And, typing that a Ducati and buell are equal? Red flags abound.

I like how he had to quote me... I saw this, this morning and decided to ignore him. They raced the 1190RR in superbike and got spanked didn't they?

Who knows maybe this is Erik Buell....

Yeah, cause clearly the Buell is superior in every way.

You may want to ask Tommy about that one...
