I guess, I don't know. Some park rangers will check the noise levels of your exhaust if they're feeling squirrely and ticket you accordingly.

I dont think the Two Bros. pipes are loud at all.

Now my buddy has a Scorpion race pipe on his 05 R6.... talk about ungodly loud. We asked him to redline a little over 2 miles from my house and we could hear it. But we couldn't hear my other friends Akrapovic from the same distance....
