I'd pass on the galaxy. It's gotten a few bad reviews of their little add-on UI.
I would wait for a 3rd party like HTC to get their hands on the super AMOLED screens from samsung.

Ah but just like HTC Sense, it can be turned off at will. no problem. Besides, I take those reviews with a grain of salt, they hated the soft keys on my Nexus but they work perfectly for me... I looked at the Evo in white but I can't face the thought of going back to Sprint. BTW speaking of, there's been a great deal of talk about a Sprint T-Mobile merger in the works. If they want to make me happy, T-Mobile will buy out US Cellular because they have the best coverage in this area by far.
